摘要 The present invention provides a dual extrusion device for wiper blades. In order to resolve the problems of existing blade extrusion devices that use inflexible materials, cause too much friction, create loud noises, tear due to low durability, and have short life spans due to fast abrasion, the dual extrusion device for wiper blades includes a wiper mold, a primary silicone extruder, a secondary silicone extruder, a wiper heater, and a wiper cutter. A blade body made of primary silicone and a blade made of secondary silicone are combined and stably fixed to a wiper arm. Since the blade is flexible and creates little friction, the blade generates less noise and closely wipes the surface of glass so that stains or water on the glass can be completely removed after a wiper wipes the glass. Therefore, a driver can have a clear view so that the possibility of accidents can be reduced. As tearing of a blade is minimized and abrasion is reduced, the replacement period can be lengthened compared to existing wipers. As wiper blades are extruded symmetrically, manufacturing efficiency and output can be improved.
