Disclosed is a joint structure of a modular unit structure and a base using a band type pipe. The joint part of a lower pillar of the modular unit structure is surrounded and fixed by the band type tube. The base has an embedment hole in advance at a position to which the joint part surrounded and fixed by the band type tube is located. The joint part surrounded and fixed by the band type tube is inserted into the embedment hole. The pillar of the modular unit structure is coupled with the embedment hole by pouring fillers into the embedment hole. Therefore, the base and modular unit structure are completely fixed so that a high-rise building can be constructed.
