<p>An organic light emitting diode display includes: a display panel including a display area having a touch screen panel attached thereto and a pad area having a metallic wire; a cover window positioned at one side of the display panel; a resin layer interposed between the display panel and the cover window; and a touch screen circuit film connected with the touch screen panel and positioned on the pad area. At least one of the touch screen circuit film and the metallic wire includes an ultraviolet (UV) transmission part to increase the hardness of the resin layer in the pad area.</p>
