<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a biodiesel is provided to manufacture oil and biodiesel from a microorganism and improves the process cost-increasing phenomenon for extracting oil from an oil-containing microorganism. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a biodiesel comprises a step of mixing an oil-containing microorganism with organic solvent; a step of adding clay into the mixed solution, stirring the added mixture, and extracting oil out of the microorganism; a step of phase-separating the obtained extracted solution into an oil-containing layer and a microorganism-containing layer; a step of separating the oil-containing layer from the microorganism residue-containing layer and removing the organic solvent; and a step of making the obtained oil react with alcohol under the presence of an acid or base catalyst.
