The present invention relates to a lens molding apparatus including a preheating chamber. The lens molding apparatus which molds a lens through press-molding of a mold body that is built thereinto while a raw material is inserted between upper and lower molds and includes a transport unit that transports the mold body into which the raw material is inserted in one direction; a preheating unit which is disposed on a path of the transport of the mold body by the transport unit to preheat the raw material and the mold body and has a preheating chamber having an inner space so that the mold body can pass thereinto and a heater which is installed in the preheating chamber and heats the raw material accommodated in the inner space and the upper and lower molds; a heating section that is disposed on the path of the transport of the mold body in the back of the preheating chamber based on the transport direction of the mold body to heat the mold body, which is preheated by the preheating unit, to a temperature suitable for molding; a pressing unit that is disposed on the path of the transport of the mold body in the back of the heating section based on the transport direction of the mold body to press the mold body, which is heated by the heating section, and mold the raw material; and a cooling unit that is disposed on the path of the transport of the mold body in the back of the pressing unit based on the transport direction of the mold body to cool the mold body so as to cure the raw material which is molded by the pressing unit. |
