The present invention provides an electric bus battery exchange station system installed at a bus stop, comprising: a reservation managing part for receiving a battery exchange request from an electric bus and managing the received battery exchange request; an image photographing part for photographing a care region including a stop region where the electric bus, entering for exchanging batteries, has to stop; a state analysis part for analyzing the state of the care space from the space image photographed by the image photographing part in the case that the reservation management part receives the battery exchange request; and a state countermeasure part for planning and performing the countermeasure predetermined according to the state of the care region from the state analysis part. The present invention can minimize a time delay as well as run smoothly a plurality of buses entering the bus stop by providing a proper countermeasure in the case of identifying an abnormal object or a pedestrian at the stop for exchanging the batteries.
