sintering a mixture to form the phosphor, wherein the mixture comprises: an element I selected from a group consisting of Li, Na, and K; an element M selected from the group consisting of Ca, Sr, Mg, Ba, Be, and Zn; an element A selected from the group consisting of Al, Ga, In, Sc, Y, La, Gd, and Lu; an element B selected from the group consisting of Si, Ge, Sn, Ti, Zr, and Hr; an element O (oxygen element); an element N (nitrogen element); and an element Z selected from the group consisting of Eu and Ce, wherein a mole of the element I:a mole of the element M:a mole of the element A:a mole of the element B:a mole of the element O:a mole of the element N:a mole of the element Z is i:m:a:b:t:n:r, m+r=1, 0<i<0.25, 0<a<1, 0<b<2, 1.15<b/a<1.4, 0≦t≦0.7, 2.1≦n≦4.4, 0.001≦r≦0.095. |
