The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting diode display device according to the present invention includes: multiple scan wires arranged on a substrate in the width direction; multiple data wires arranged on the substrate in the longitudinal direction; multiple driving current wires arranged adjacent to the data wires in the longitudinal direction; multiple pixel areas surrounded by the scan wires, data wires, and driving current wires; and a color filter surrounded by a first side spaced apart from the data wires in a direction toward the pixel areas by a predetermined distance and a second side spaced apart from the adjacent data wires in a direction toward the adjacent pixel areas by a predetermined distance. The manufacturing method for the organic light emitting diode display device according to the present invention can provide a high definition organic light emitting diode display device by employing a reverse-taper structure with precise photoresist in a lift-off process.
