The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing foot-and-mouth diseases virus type C using foot-and-mouth diseases virus type C recombinant protein antigens and monoclonal antibodies. An embodiment of the method for diagnosing foot-and-mouth diseases virus type C using foot-and-mouth diseases virus type C recombinant protein antigens and monoclonal antibodies can be performed by the following step (1) to (11): (1) a step which makes the foot-and-mouth diseases virus type C antibodies react on a plate; (2) a step which removes the antibodies not attached to the plate by washing; (3) a step which makes foot-and-mouth diseases virus type C protein react with diagnostic antigens on the plate; (4) a step which removes the foot-and-mouth diseases virus type C protein not attached to the plate by washing; (5) a step which makes serum test samples react on the plate; a step which removes the serum test samples not attached to the plate by washing; (7) a step which makes foot-and-mouth diseases virus type C monoclonal antibodies by placing the same on the plate; (8) a step which removes the foot-and-mouth diseases virus type C monoclonal antibodies not attached to the plate; (9) a step which makes anti-mouse antibodies with which horseradish peroxidase is combined react on the plate; (10) a step which removes the anti-mouse antibodies with which horseradish peroxidase is combined not attached to the plate by washing; and (11) a step which measures the foot-and-mouth diseases virus type C antibodies among the serum test samples by measruing absorbance of color reaction caused by enzyme reaction.
