METHOD FOR COATING WITH METALS HAVING HIGH MELTING TEMPERATURE

The present invention relates to a method for coating metals such as Mo and Ta having a high melting point, including a cold spray coating step by preheating the metals having the high melting point of 600°C or higher which is a nil ductility transition temperature of the metals having the high melting point. According to an embodiment of the present invention, helium or nitrogen gas is used in the cold spray coating. The present invention is for solving existing problems and provides the method for easily coating the metals having the high melting point from tens of micrometers to several millimeters by using a cold spray coating technology in the atmosphere.
