摘要 The present invention relates to a non-contact thin film excitation system and a method thereof capable of adjusting the thickness of the film of paint by detecting the excitation frequency and the vibration frequency of the target to be excited using electromagnets arranged on the both sides of a path on which a steel sheet moves along in order to align the two frequencies identical to each other. The steel sheet paint film thickness controlling system for a continuous plating line according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a microcomputer for outputting a control signal to control a first electromagnet and a second electromagnet and a driver for driving the first and second electromagnets by converting the control signal of the microcomputer into a current value; the first and second electromagnets which are arranged on the both sides of a path on which a steel sheet moves through a port for plating and vibrate by magnetism upon the operation of the driver to adjust the thickness of the film of paint without coming in contact with the steel sheet; a location sensor for detecting the location of the first and second electromagnets on the both sides of continuously moving steel sheet; a vibration measuring device for measuring the vibration of steel sheet using a laser sensor for detecting the vibration of the steel sheet caused by the first and second electromagnets and the measurement values of the laser sensor; and a signal analysis device for comparing and analyzing the vibration frequency measured by the vibration measurement device and the excitation frequency caused by the first and second electromagnets to give feedbacks.
