The present invention relates to a new progressive-type fine blanking device for manufacturing a sector gear capable of supplying lubricating oil to a portion where the sector gear is formed while manufacturing the sector gear through a fine blanking process; and to a sector gear manufacturing method using the same. The present invention provides the progressive-type fine blanking device for manufacturing a sector gear which is characterized by comprising an upper mold including an upper holder forming an upper body, an upper punch which is formed on the lower side of the upper holder and provides assistance to additionally form a gear rim layer protruding from a portion where each joining protrusion of the material and a stopper layer are formed and to form a gear along the inner circumference of the gear rim layer, and a punch holder supporting the upper punch; and a lower mold including a lower holder forming a lower body, a die backing seated on the top surface of the lower holder, a die holder formed on the upper part of the die backing to be vertically moved, a lower punch that is installed to be vertically moved by being supported by the die holder, for forming the gear rim layer protruding from the material and the gear, and for blanking completed products while moving relative to the upper punch of the upper mold, and a die plate providing a forming region for the corresponding material while supporting the lower punch. A lubricating oil supply passage supplying lubricating oil to the portion for forming the gear of the lower punch is formed on the die plate of the lower mold. |
