An embodiment of the present invention relates to a high-pressure pump for an internal combustion engine, and more specifically, to a high-pressure pump for an internal combustion for delivering a high-pressure fuel to the combustion chamber of a cylinder head. The high-pressure pump according to an embodiment of the present invention has a flow passage control valve which has a structure of absorbing an impact generated during the movement of an opening body including an armature, thereby reducing noise when operating the high-pressure pump.
