Provided are a coating solution composition for a Zn-plated steel sheet for hot working to improve corrosion resistance and workability, comprising 1 to 15 wt% of a molybdenum compound 1 to 10 wt% of polyethylene glycol, and remaining amount of water, and a Zn-plated steel sheet for hot working which includes a coating layer formed by the coating solution composition to improve the corrosion resistance and the workability, of which adhesion amount is 300 to 1000 mg/m^2 after the coating layer is dried. Therefore, an environment-friendly coating solution composition capable of improving corrosion resistance by protecting a coating layer against a corrosive environment and improving adhesion with the coating layer, and a Zn-plated steel sheet capable of improving workability and corrosion resistance and reducing micro-crack are provided.
