Provided is a mounting clip comprising a reference unit in which a protrusion unit protruding upward and an insertion hole vertically communicated on the protrusion unit are formed; an upper flange extended to one side of the reference unit to be rotated and formed in order for the insertion hole to be inserted into the protrusion unit by a rotating motion as the insertion hole corresponding to the protrusion unit is formed; and a lower flange extended to the other side of the reference unit, formed in parallel with the reference unit, and in which a coupling hole facing the insertion hole of the protrusion unit is formed.
