The present invention relates to a primer set for identifying an oncogenic human papilloma virus type using dual-multiple reverse transcription PCR and a method for identifying an oncogenic human papilloma virus type using the same. The primer that is synthesized according to the present invention can specifically detect 25-type HPV mRNA closely related to uterine cervical cancer so that the presence and quantity of a specimen that has been confirmed to be positive in an HPV DNA test can be easily recognized at once. In the present invention, sensitivity is especially about 100-1000 times improved through a dual PCR procedure that continuously performs 50-type primers that produces different amplified byproducts in comparison to an existing method for detecting HPV DNA using a PCR method. Accordingly, the method can be utilized to preemptively and accurately detect/diagnose HPV infection and uterine cervical cancer that is caused by HPV infection for a small amount of mRNA samples that are obtained from the collum epithelial cells of a female in contrast to existing PCR methods. Moreover, an increase in the rate of cancer discovery according to the present invention means the decrease of false-positive diagnosis, and this fact decreases women′s inconvenience about diseases and the burden of expenses needed for treatment. |
