PURPOSE: An oil skimmer and an oil recovery vessel including the same are provided to rapidly collect oil by being continuously moved within an oil fence by a guide unit which is on the side of a main body. CONSTITUTION: An oil skimmer (100) includes a main body (110), a driving unit (130), an inlet unit (150), an outlet unit (190), and a guide unit (170). The main body can float on the water, and the driving unit generates propulsion on the main body. The guide unit includes a plurality of wheels and guides the main body to be able to move along an oil fence by being installed on one side of the main body. The outlet unit is connected to a vessel in which a device for purifying contaminated seawater is installed. |
