The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a car airbag pin. When an elastic pin is inserted into a groove formed on a molded object, one end of the elastic pin naturally passes through a through hole of the molded object and is exposed to the outside. At the same time, a protrusion of the elastic pin is hung on a projection of the groove so as to conveniently set the stable position of the elastic pin. Therefore, compared to a conventional car airbag pin, it is possible to ensure the ease of production and reduce a defect rate of a product. Further, the structural safety of the product is improved by forming the molded object in one body so as to previously prevent deformation caused by external shocks or vibration in a conventional structure composed of a body and a case. |
