The present invention relates to a precast concrete pillar, a precast concrete flat plate slab, a construction structure using a precast concrete girder and a method for constructing the same. According to the present invention, a construction of a building can be easily conducted by facilitating a temporary fixation of a first flat plate slab and a second flat plate slab. Thereby, the construction period of the building can be remarkably decreased, at the same time omitting the necessity for an additional construction for insulation and noise reduction after the construction of a ceiling slab, to enhance an interlayer insulation effect and to reduce an interlayer noise transfer.
