摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a hot-rolled steel sheet having low a deviation in material and thickness and excellent coating stripping resistance, and a method of manufacturing the same. The hot-rolled steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention consists of 0.03 to 0.06 wt% of C, 0.5 to 2.0 wt% of Mn, 0.01 to 0.45 wt% of Si, 0.001 to 0.1 wt% of Al, 0.001 to 0.05 wt% of Al, 0.001 to 0.006 wt% of S, 0.0001 to 0.1 wt% of Cu, 0.0001 to 0.02 wt% of Sb, 0.0001 to 0.001 wt% of B, 0.001 to 0.015 wt% of N, 0.0001 to 0.04 wt% of Ti, 0.0001 to 0.04 wt% of N4, 0.0001 to 0.1 wt% of (Cr+ Ni + Mo + Sn) which is a tramp element, the remainder being Fe and unavoidable impurities, in which, in atomic weight ratio, 0.008 <= (Ti+Nb+V)/(C+N) <= 0.5, and 0.01 <= Ti/N <= 1.2. Also, a high-strength hot-rolled steel sheet having yield strength of 380 MPa or more and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. Since the hot-rolled steel sheet can be manufactured by scrap iron, the resource recycling, the energy reduction and the productivity are improved, and the hot-rolled steel sheet may be used as a hot-rolled steel sheet plated by molten zinc.</p>
