A surveillance camera system providing weather information comprises a monitoring unit including a camera imaging a monitoring area, a rotating unit rotatably coupled to a shaft supporting the camera and rotating by wind, a rotation sensing unit sensing rotation of the rotating unit, and a control unit receiving an image signal from the camera and a sensing signal from the rotation sensing unit and outputting image information, a display unit displaying an image, and a central control unit displaying the image captured by the camera and information of the wind sensed by the rotation sensing unit on the display unit. |
