The present invention relates to a pipe connection device and a pipe connection method. The pipe connection device comprises: a flexible pipe which is equipped with a fixing protrusion protruding along the outer peripheral surface; a first connection member which is hooked to the fixing protrusion in order to be connected to the flexible pipe to be relatively rotated; a first screw unit which is combined to the first connection member by a screw; a second screw unit which is formed on the opposite side of the first screw unit and is connected to an outer pipe; a second connection member which is formed to be rotated with the first connection member when the first connection member is rotated, while being coupled to the first connection member; and a sealing member which is arranged between the inner peripheral surface of the second connection member and the outer peripheral surface of the flexible pipe so that a compression level can be set as the flexible pipe is being inserted into the second connection member. Accordingly, a mechanism having a little effect on assembly tolerance can be implemented while offering the connection device with a simple structure capable of being connected to the outer pipe when the flexible pipe is being connected in advance.
