The present invention enables two works of supplying fluid for a hydro test using one heating device and supplying dried air which has gone through the test to a pipe for a test to be performed at the same time by installing a heating coil making a passage supplying the fluid and the dried air for the test to the inside of a heating chamber be shared and selecting the fluid for the test and the dried air supplied to the heating coil by manipulating a valve of a fluid input unit, thereby simplifying equipment and having an effect of reducing expenses and time for the test by the simplified equipment. Additionally, the present invention extends a heating passage of the fluid for the test and the dried air by doubly winding the heating coil installed inside a first heating unit of the heating chamber into an inner coil and an outer coil and connecting the inner coil and the outer coil with a connection pipe; and uses waste heat discarded after heating the heating coil as a heating source for fluid for a second test and dried air in a second heating unit, thereby being advantageous to have excellent thermal efficiency.
