PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing member that is configured to compactify the member before assembly, even while improving workability during assembly, and to provide a packing device assembling the same.SOLUTION: A packing member 10 is a plate-like member of a substantially polygonal shape when viewed in the thickness direction, and is assembled around a bottom plate part 11 to form side plate parts 13, 13, 17, 17. The packing member is provided with folded pieces 15 foldable integrally at one end among ends of the side plate parts adjacent to each other in an assembled state at each corner of the packing member and to this one end, and with insertion pieces 19 foldable integrally at the other end part and to this other end, so as to divide parts 9 corresponding to each corner of the sheet material 8 forming the packing member. The packing member is also provided with insertion holes 15a in which the insertion pieces are inserted in the base end of the folded pieces. |
