PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment ink for inkjet to be used for inkjet recording, which has excellent permeability to a general printing base material, particularly a base material having high hydrophobicity such as a coated paper, an art paper and a vinyl chloride sheet, and which has thereby excellent printing property and excellent ejection stability from an inkjet nozzle and storage stability of the ink.SOLUTION: The pigment ink for inkjet comprises a pigment (A), an acidic pigment derivative (B), water, an organic solvent, and an amphoteric resin dispersant (C). The amphoteric resin dispersant (C) is prepared by neutralizing at least a part of carboxyl groups in a copolymer, which is prepared by copolymerizing specified monomers, with a basic compound. |
