PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search a human resource in the same growth process as a model human resource.SOLUTION: A training support server 10 includes a storage part 15 for storing human resource information corresponding to a plurality of human resources, and a time series of growth patterns of values of evaluation items showing characteristics of each human resource, a communication part 16 for receiving the designation of human resource search condition information of a model human resource, and a CPU 11 for searching the model human resource from the stored human resource information in accordance with the human resource search condition information, calculating the degree of a correlation between a growth pattern of values of the evaluation items of the model human resource and a growth pattern of values of the time series of evaluation items of human resources other than the model human resources, and searching a human resource having high calculated degrees of correlation as an object person. The communication part 16 outputs human resource information of the searched object person. |
