<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling coil 11 also used as a DC reactor in which a first core 15 and a primary winding 16 are not damaged even if a secondary winding 18 is wound with a large pressing force.SOLUTION: A coupling coil 11 also used as a DC reactor operates as a coupling coil at the time of welding arc start-up, and operates as a DC reactor after welding arc start-up. The coupling coil includes a first core 15 consisting of a ferrite core formed columnarly, a primary winding 16, a second core 17 having a U-shaped cross section, and consisting of a silicon steel plate having a recess 17a, and a secondary winding 18. The primary winding 16 is wound around the first core 15, and then wound around the first core 15 and integrated therewith before being placed in the recess 17a, and the secondary winding 18 is wound around the second core 17. As a result, the secondary winding 18 can be wound around the second core 17 with a predetermined appropriate pressing force.</p> |
