The present invention relates to a concrete form using a lightweight heat and sound insulating panel which is provided to have reinforcements and pipes installed in a space between two plates mutually facing each other, and concrete placed in the space, cured, and integrated with the plates when a building or a wall is constructed; and to be used the plates as walls to make it unnecessary to install and disassemble the form, thereby facilitating construction and significantly reducing construction costs and hours. The concrete form using a lightweight heat and sound insulating panel according to the present invention comprises a pair of rectangular plates spaced apart with a fixed interval and facing each other; and a first form tier integrated with a connection bar which connects adhesion parts formed on the facing surfaces of the plates and attached to each other. The concrete form is built by using an adhesive to bond the adhesion parts of the first form tier to the facing surfaces of the plates. |
