Disclosed is a waist cushion capable of strengthening the waist muscle and the abdominal muscle of a user. The waist cushion with a butterfly shape to strengthen the waist muscle and the abdominal muscle of the user comprises: a coccyx mounting part formed to be dented to closely touch the coccyx of a human, and positioned at the center of the waist cushion; and multiple butterfly-shaped wing parts formed to extended from the coccyx mounting part, and formed to obliquely rise, wherein the butterfly-shaped wing parts includes: lower butterfly-shaped wing parts formed to be narrow and symmetrical based on a reference line; and upper butterfly-shaped wing parts formed to be wider than the lower butterfly-shaped wing parts and symmetrical based on the reference line. |
