PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing serum comprising growth factor at high concentration and serum comprising growth factor at high concentration.SOLUTION: A method for preparing serum 6 comprises: a first separation process S1 in which collected blood 1 is centrifuged prior to coagulation of the blood to separate it into upper layer 2 consisting of a liquid component and lower layer 3 consisting of the other components; a removing process S2 removing a part of the upper layer from the blood 1 separated into the upper layer 2 and the lower layer 3; an activation process S3 in which a blood coagulation accelerating material 4 is added to the blood 1 whose a part of upper layer is removed to activate platelet in the lower layer 3 so as to coagulate the blood 1 and to release growth factor from the platelet; a second separation process S4 separating the blood 1 comprising the released growth factor into serum 6 comprising the growth factor and the blood clot 5 in which blood 1 component is coagulated by centrifugation; and collecting process S5 collecting the separated serum 6. |
