PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent advanced glycation end product decomposers that are suitable as orally administered compositions or cosmetics, and have immediate effects on the skin.SOLUTION: The inventors found out that extracts of Lonicera japonica have excellent advanced glycation end product decomposing effects. The inventors also found out that use of food products and cosmetics containing the extracts brings about a significant improvement in the skin aging phenomenon through advanced glycation end product decomposing effects.
