PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent mismatch from occurring in an address table without increasing a network load.SOLUTION: The management device has a storage section, a receiving section, a transmission section, and an update section. The storage section stores identification information for associating with an IP address of a node to identify the node. The receiving section receives change notification of the IP address to be transmitted by the node through multicasting. The transmission section transmits a response request packet indicating a response request in which information on the node which is included in the change notification received by the receiving section is set to destination information through multicasting. The update section updates the storage section on the basis of a response packet transmitted from the node which has responded to the response request packet transmitted by the transmission section. |
