PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a co-extrusion method for a food stuff, particularly, when a food stuff subjected to co-extrusion is heated in water, capable of preventing the peeling of an outer skin from a filling material.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a food stuff by co-extrusion. This invention is a method for producing a food stuff produced by co-extrusion, particularly for producing a sausage, and comprises: a step of extruding a paste lump; and a step of co-extruding an outer skin, and a binder is fed to a space between the paste lump and the outer skin subjected to the co-extrusion. |
