PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery.SOLUTION: A secondary battery includes an electrode assembly which includes a first electrode plate, a second electrode plate, and a separator interposed therebetween, an electrolyte having viscosity of 1-15 Pa s at 20°C-25°C, a can having an opening on one side so as to insert the electrode assembly, and housing the electrode assembly and electrolyte therein, and a cap plate for sealing the opening of the can. The ratio of the height of the can for the cross sectional area of the can is 12.5%-25%. |
