PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste toner conveying device capable of reliably preventing crosslinking of a toner and the occurrence of aggregates in falling conveyance path in a waste toner conveyance path even when the size of the waste toner conveying device is reduced, and an image forming apparatus including the waste toner conveying device.SOLUTION: A waste toner conveying device 30 conveys a waste toner removed from a photoreceptor to a recovery bottle 31, and includes: a waste toner conveyance path that includes a falling conveyance path 33 causing the waste toner to fall by its own weight; a swinging member 40 that moves in the falling conveyance path 33 to prevent crosslinking of the waste toner; a motor 41 for driving the swinging member 40; an eccentric cam 43 that is arranged in the falling conveyance path 33 to transmit the driving force from the motor 41 to the swinging member 40; and a toner adhesion preventing member 44 that prevents the waste toner from being adhered to the eccentric cam 43. |
