PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind device capable of suppressing flames from entering from outside, and an architectural structure with the same.SOLUTION: A blind device 1 includes: a frame member 10 provided at a peripheral edge of an opening part M bored in a wall part W; a support member 30 provided for the frame member 10; a plurality of blade members 50 supported by the support member 30, extending in a horizontal direction, and arranged in a vertical direction; a rotary mechanism enabling the blade member 50 to rotate on an axis extending in the horizontal direction; and a moving mechanism 80 enabling the blade member to move in the vertical direction. The blade member 50 has, at its outer peripheral part, a foam part 61 for the blade member which is made of a heat-absorbing foaming heat insulator foaming when an ambient temperature exceeds a certain value. |
