METHOD FOR MANAGING OIL PRODUCTION PROCESS AND DEVICE THEREFOR

The invention relates to oil production industry, in particular to management engineering and can be used in systems of centralized control of oil boreholes production. The essence of the invention consists in a method of managing oil boreholes production, characterized in automatic regulation of stable pump output and maintaining constant dynamic liquid level in a production string. The method comprises, at a given debut of formation liquid, measuring efforts in a polished rod and liquid level in the production string. According to the measured values a change of oscillation frequency of a pump unit walking beam is regulated. Temperature is additionally measured at a borehole discharge line and by decision of claimed algorithm a borehole debit is determined by the formation liquid. The invention also relates to a device for an automatic managing of oil borehole debut. The device comprises force sensors and sensors of dynamic level, a control block and a variable speed unit with an actuating mechanism. The device is further provided with a temperature sensor at the borehole discharge line. All sensors outlets are connected to the control block via a corresponding convertors, wherein the control block outlet is connected to the variable speed unit. The claimed invention provides to control and manage borehole operation in the most operative and reliable manner.
