<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for coating containing the polyvinyl alcohol copolymer as a main component, capable of maintaining or improving excellent moisture proof performance and stretch of a coating sheet, enhancing a coating treatment speed and therefore productivity.SOLUTION: A composition having pH 6 or more contains a copolymer made by copolymerizing polyvinyl alcohol and/or a derivative thereof, and at least one kind of polymerizable vinyl monomer represented by the general formula [1], HC=C(R)-COOR[1], where Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group and Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms.</p> |
