According to an embodiment of the present invention, an organic electroluminescent light emitting display device comprises: an organic light emitting element formed on a substrate; an encapsulation layer which is formed on the light emitting element and includes at least one inorganic layer and at least one organic layer formed alternately; a buffer layer which is formed on the encapsulation layer and prevents impurities from entering into the encapsulation layer; and an etching mask layer formed on the buffer layer. The buffer layer and the encapsulation layer are formed by being etched by the etching mask layer.
