The present invention relates to a composition, mPEG-b-PLLA-BC (methoxy-polyethylene-glycol-b-poly-L-lactic acid-benzyl chloroformate), more particularly, to a polymeric composition, a manufacturing method thereof and a usage as drug delivery and diagnosis polymer. The present invention relates to a micelle for discharging drug and generating gas, developed by using biopolymer PLLA and mPEG (methoxy-polyethylene-glycol), which are biopolymers, wherein carbonate bond for generating gas is added to the micelle for resolving the problem of biodegradability of the PLLA and enhancing the discharging speed of the drug. Further, the discharging speed of encapsulated drug can be enhanced by using carbon dioxide gas generated by the hydrolysis of the carbonate bond and particle decay thereby. |
