<p>A root pile of a waterwheel tower is driven into a slickenside area under the sea, and a column pile is stood in a jacket type foundation construction method to construct a tower in the sea based on a natural element (an unconditional element). The inside of the tower is an elevator counter space, and a cone-shaped car is installed in the outside. An elevator ascends and descends along a rail in the inner side and the outer side. A waterwheel rail is installed in a ring shape outside an elevator car. A main wheel and a lower wheel are rotated without being separated from the waterwheel rail according to a principle of a roller coaster.</p> |
