PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device capable of driving all the pixels by spreading the drive signals of the pixels over the whole screen.SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging device comprises: a pixel area (500) in which plural pixels (100) each comprising a photoelectric converter and at least one transistor are arranged; and plural drive lines (20 to 22) for respectively driving the plural transistors arranged in the pixel area. The drive wires supply the drive signals to the transistors via buffers (30) arranged within the pixel area, and the buffers are smaller in number than the pixels. |
