PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably secure the electric power amount for selling, during photovoltaic power generation, by controlling an execution state of a boiling-up operation according to an execution state of the photovoltaic power generation.SOLUTION: A storage type water heater 1 includes a heat pump unit 2, a hot water storage tank 4, a control device 20 and the like. A solar system is configured of the storage type water heater 1, a photovoltaic power generation device 30, a power conditioner 31, a HEMS (Home Energy Management System) controller 32 and the like. The control device 20 executes power selling promotion control on the basis of power generating information enabling detection or estimation of power generating state of the photovoltaic power generation device 30. In the power selling promotion control, a boiling-up operation during the photovoltaic power generation is forbidden, or a frequency of the boiling-up operations in the photovoltaic power generation is lowered. Thus reduction in selling power amount during the photovoltaic power generation due to the boiling-up operation can be suppressed, and a selling power amount can be stably secured. |
