PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulin recognition antibody that recognizes insulin, production method of the insulin recognition antibody, and an insulin adsorbent obtained by using it as a ligand.SOLUTION: Provided is an insulin recognition antibody in which heavy chain variable region comprises a particular amino acid sequence, light chain variable region comprises a particular amino acid sequence, and 3' end of the heavy chain variable region and 5' end of the light chain variable region is linked by an amino acid of sequence number 59. Provided is an antibody immobilized carrier obtained by immobilizing it to a water-insoluble carrier. Provided is an insulin adsorbent comprising the antibody immobilized carrier. |
