PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined heating cooker capable of simultaneously performing two kinds of heating cooking methods and achieving low smoking.SOLUTION: A center heating part 3 including an induction heating part 12 is arranged in an upper-opened outer box 1, an outer periphery heating part 4 to be heated by electric conduction is arranged so as to surround the center heating part 3, either one of two kinds of meat roasting cooking tools 6, 6a is detachably arranged on an upper opening part 5 of the outer box 1, and the two kinds of meat roasting cooking tools 6, 6a are configured by combination of two kinds of heating units, i.e. one roasting part 22 having a center hole 24 and an iron plate part 23 or a pan 27 to be placed in the center hole 24 of the roasting part 22. A cooling fan 16 is arranged below the center heating part 3, the induction heating part 12 is cooled by cooling air sent by the cooling fan 16, and the cooling air is applied to the roasting part 22 to suppress temperature rise of the roasting part 22. Thus, while selecting two kinds of cooking methods and simultaneously performing the selected cooking methods, temperature rise of the roasting part 22 can be suppressed and smoke quantity can be suppressed up to an extremely small level. |
