PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress loss during manufacture, by reducing the peeling of a lens when punching an optical sheet arranged in an EL element.SOLUTION: An EL element 1 includes a translucent substrate 3, a luminous layer 23 provided on one side of the translucent substrate 3 while being sandwiched by an anode 21 and a cathode 22, and an optical sheet 5 provided on the other side of the translucent substrate 3. The optical sheet 5 has a structure layer 52, including bubbles and having an uneven shape, on the side opposite from the side where the translucent substrate 3 is provided. The number of bubbles of the structure layer 52 is 10-30/cm2, the diameter &phgr; of bubbles is 5-50 μm, and the thickness H and diameter &phgr; of bubbles satisfy a relation 1/10≤&phgr;/H≤1/3. |
