The method involves forming a traverse channel in an interior of a beam in spatially designed elements (E). The elements are connected with two-sided threaded rods (P), which are laid through the channel. A thread side of the rods is guided through the channel and a channel outlet of one of the elements. Connecting nuts (N) at a side of the rods are untwisted. One of the elements is pressed at impact elements (O). A transversal dimension of the nuts is larger than a diameter of the channel outlet. The subsequent elements are pressed at the previous element by the rods and the nut. |
