PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhalation component measurement assembly which requires neither efforts of inputting information for specifying a subject nor a special device for inputting the information.SOLUTION: An exhalation component measurement device comprises: an introduction hole into which exhalation of a subject flows; a sensor which measures the alcohol concentration contained in the exhalation; an attachment part to which a mouthpiece for flowing the exhalation of the subject into the introduction hole is removably attached; a holder information reading part for reading holder information indicating a holder of a mouthpiece from a mouthpiece when the mouthpiece is attached to the attachment part; and a processing part for associating information of the alcohol concentration measured by the sensor and subject information which is the holder information or the subject information corresponding to the holder information with each other, and storing or outputting the information of the alcohol concentration and the subject information. The mouthpiece includes a storage unit capable of storing holder information indicating a holder.
