PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bush cutter capable of eliminating the jamming of grass or lawn in a cylindrical portion formed on the inner face of the circumferential wall of the front end housing of a cutter unit toward a blade receiver.SOLUTION: A bush cutter 10 comprises a cutter unit 20 mounted on a front end portion of a support lever 11, and is equipped at a peripheral wall lower portion of the front end housing 21 of the cutter unit 20 with: a cylindrical portion 21b formed to protrude toward a blade receiver 24 and capable of inserting a rod-shaped tool thereinto; and a recess 24a formed in the outer circumference of the blade receiver 24 and retained on a rod-shaped tool inserted from the cylindrical portion 21b for stopping the rotation of the rotary shaft 23b. A downward opening 21c is formed in the lower portion of the peripheral wall of the cylindrical portion 21b. |
