The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a polymer slurry pulverulent body having a high solid content which progresses an aggregation stage and a ripe stage in one reactor at the same time by not progressing two stages separately and simultaneously increases energy added to the slurry per unit mass using mechanical force during the aggregation/ripe stages. According to the present invention, the method which increases the energy added to the slurry per unit mass improves a slurry dehydration performance by reducing moisture contents in the slurry thorough the control of RPM per unit time, the size of a slurry outlet, and the content of latex added. Therefore, great amounts of energy consumed in a drying process can be saved dramatically, the thermostability of a resin can be improved by reducing the amount of a metal ion remaining in the resin. Also, the polymer slurry pulverulent body having the high solid content can be manufactured by reducing the slurry moisture content.
